Palwonn Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is located in Export Processing Zone, WuZhong District, Suzhou City, which is the heartland of Wuzhong District. Our factory base is majestic and magnificent, covering an area of 94,086 square meters. The total construction area is 147,000 square meters, which is divided in two phases to construct. First-phase and second-phase factory both include the layout of four production lines of which the first phase covers an area of 78,000 square meters. Our company was founded in December 2006 and formally put into production in October 2010. The first-phase preset capacity (one-month production capacity) reached to 500,000 square feet. The capacity would amount to one million square feet by the end of 2013 and would reach two million square feet by the end of 2014. Registered capital of our company is 58.88 million dollars and total project investment has reached 150 million by the end of 2010.The total capacity is projected to reach 5 million square feet (one-month capacity) and the factory is the largest factory producing PCB in Suzhou. The total manpower demand is 12,000 people and it is expected that the fourth quarter mainland A shares will be in the market in 2016 or 2017. Our company mainly produces 6-14 layers printed circuit boards and the products provide high-quality printed circuit boards for medical supplies, auto sheets, servers, etc., which are mainly exported to markets in Japan, South Korea, America and Europe.

   In December 2006，our company gained the land in Jinger road, Export Processing zones, Wuzhong District through the auction of Land and Resources Bureau . Our company is the first company to gain the land through the auction of Land and Resources Bureau and it is also the first foreign-funded enterprise to gain 5 million feet environmental assessments in Export Processing Zones, Wuzhong District. This foreign-funded enterprise is jointly founded by Chen Jianmin, Zhang Ziwen, Ke Mingyu who are three professional men in PCB industry and the company is called Palwonn Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Our company projects 10 production lines and each production line produces 500,000 square feet. Since the factory went into production in October 2010, monthly manufacturing capacity would reach to 500,000 square feet and it is expected to increase by 500,000 feet in October 2013. Meanwhile, it is planned to produce totally 1 million square feet in 2013. Currently, we have built the factory with capacity of 2 million square feet and we would fully load with the capacity of 2 million feet by the end of 2014. Furthermore, we will extend the second-phase factory with capacity of 3 million square feet in 2015.
